Deposit
Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. A deposit of CAD $200 per stay will be charged for incidentals. Deposit and cancellation policies may vary by type of room. Please see policy information upon selection of room type.
At check in hotel will require a physical credit card for authorization purposes. If credit card presented is not the same as the credit card provided at the time of booking. The hotel will void any pre payments on the old credit card. And use the new credit card for all charges including security deposit. Preauthorization amount includes total price of the stay, additional services, and security deposit of $200.
The Parker Hotel Vancouver is 100% non smoking property. $250 penalty fee will be applied per incident.
Cancellation
Each promotion has it's own cancellation policy. In the absence of any promotion, cancellations must be requested at least 24 hours prior of confirmed arrival date. 24h cancelation policy does not apply to non refundable bookings.
